      family therapist for more than 10 years.

    1. what am I doing?

      Balance can be found again.

      Everyone, as an individual, a couple or a family are welcome who feel they got stuck in their life for any reason and would like to find the balance again.

      • 01.
        In case, they experience that their methods are not sufficient.
      • 02.
        The same behavioural and verbal scripts keep re-occuring in their lives. Accompanied by the same emotions.
      • 03.
        They feel spiritually, emotionally tired or even exhausted and would like to re-gain and use their energy for something else.
    1. how do I work?

      • By establishing a secure environment that holds us. It is based on mutual trust, honesty, judgement-free atmosphere. There are no right or wrong answers. At the sessions, you can share and work both verbally and emotionally on any topic – we treat them without any pre-conception. These will not be defined as problems but much rather issues we can work with.
      • I strongly believe in the power of change – or else, the power of no change, if it is not yet the momentum. Because, either way, it is okay and will be fully accepted. Then, we will proceed accordingly.
      • Sessions at Day One are inner journeys. The work will not be done by me – but much rather by those coming to coaching and councelling. My role is to accompany them through at this exciting journey with empathy, questions, helpful methods and tools. The practical communicational techniques shared at the sessions will be useful at other areas of life, too.

    1. more concretely?

      Wherever we start from,
      we will get to the same destination.

      Once we got to know the current status, the goal is set. And the journey starts.


      While being in the process of finding the answers, solutions, the whole context is examined – including the environment, its players, all relevent and influential factors. In this context, everything and everyone connects, so, wherever we start the journey from, we will get to the same destination. We look at the current situation, the reason-effect correlance, transgenerational messages and obtained patterns, inner rules, hindering factors. After the exploration, once the possibilities are defined, we set up the life / therapy / action plan.

      In case, the situation requires, communicational and conflict-handling exercises are obtained that help the everyday interactions – both in narrow and wider context of human relationships, including family and work.

      The sessions last 90 minutes. Ideally, we meet every second week. The frequency depends on the topic.

      There are no similar journeys, although similarities may occur. It is impossible to cover all topics, of course, but let me share a couple of relevant examples and topics:

      • monotony, lack of motivation in their everyday lives – the same patterns / boredom occurs
      • difficulties of establishing common emotional and practical rules
      • issues of trust and jealousy
      • in spite of living in partnership, signs of loneliness
      • messages lost in translation / miscommunication / misunderstandings

      • neglection of own or the other’s needs and emotions

      Families:

      • repetition of dull, monotonious, predictable everydays, lack of energy and motivation
      • there is a change in the life of the family that has shaken the balance (e.g: sick family member, a child leaving, a child being born, 3rd player, etc)
      • a family member has physical or emotinal symptom(s)

      • in-direct or direct presence of an ex-partner and related effects
