Everyone, as an individual, a couple or a family are welcome who feel they got stuck in their life for any reason and would like to find the balance again.
For me, the session
is an inner journey.
Wherever we start from,
we will get to the same destination.
While being in the process of finding the answers, solutions, the whole context is examined – including the environment, its players, all relevent and influential factors. In this context, everything and everyone connects, so, wherever we start the journey from, we will get to the same destination.
We look at the current situation, the reason-effect correlance, transgenerational messages and obtained patterns, inner rules, hindering factors. After the exploration, once the possibilities are defined, we set up the life / therapy / action plan.
In case, the situation requires, communicational and conflict-handling exercises are obtained that help the everyday interactions – both in narrow and wider context of human relationships, including family and work.
The sessions last 90 minutes. Ideally, we meet every second week. The frequency depends on the topic.
